Opal ECNarrow-Web Label Inspection Slitter Rewinder
The Opal EC narrow-web slitter rewinder is engineered as a budget-friendly solution for label inspection, slitting, and rewinding. This versatile machine is designed to handle die-cut labels, with the option to incorporate inspection capabilities if required.
Equipped with state-of-the-art AC brushless motors and an advanced PLC control system, the machine ensures precise and consistent tension control while remaining user-friendly.
To accommodate different operational needs, it supports various rewind core sizes and offers a selection of optional features, including an unwind reel lift, missing label detection, web advance systems, and inspection/control systems.

- Unwind and pre-slitting adjustable splicing tables with pneumatic clamps

- Full ethernet VPN link for online diagnostics via ASHE
